I am certified by Trauma Informed Yoga Therapy to teach a trauma sensitive class that focuses on the internal regulation of your biochemistry to help you manage depression, PTS symptoms, anxiety, and sleeplessness.
This is basically a regular class with a few adjustments and considerations. I will be taking special care to create a trauma sensitive environment.
Open to absolutely anyone. I believe everyone suffers from some symptoms of trauma.
Loose fitting, modest clothing mandatory.
