This is a hatha style class, which means we will practice physical poses as well as breathwork for the purpose of supporting health in both mind and body. This is a class for all ranges of physical ability and all levels of experience in yoga.

This class is a fun and active way to introduce yoga to children. We play yoga related games, tell stories with movement, have discussions about how to use the practice of yoga in every day life, and then have quiet rest at the end of every class. Children tend to take to practicing yoga very naturally. With a little guidance, children can benefit greatly from learning the valuable techniques that yoga teaches; such as calming anxiety, improving focus, and building self esteem.

Hoopdance is a full body workout that burns 420 calories an hour. It's a mixture of dancing and hula hooping. Hoopdance helps with core strength, balance, coordination, and general happiness! Its a fun way to exercise while developing a new skill. Give it a try!

Henna is derived of a plant mixture that temporarily stains the skin. I use all natural ingredients and organic essential oils. Receiving a henna design is said to be a relaxing and uplifting experience. Henna is usually a summertime activity but special arrangements may be made in colder months.
